We understand it's important to know your dog is in a loving and safe environment while you're away. And we're one of the only facilities around that offers 24 hour supervision for your best friend. That means we're available for everything from middle of the night potty breaks to late night belly rubs, letting your dog know they are not alone.
For overnight stays, we offer the following overnight lodging options:
Private Bedroom: We offer state-of-the-art bedrooms with solid walls that ensure that your dog is not disturbed by their neighbor next door. Each bedroom comes with a cot for your dog's comfort. Our standard sized bedrooms are either 4 ft x 6 ft for our large and medium dogs or 3 ft x 5 ft for small dogs, so there is plenty of room for sibling dogs to stay together. We also have a few family bedrooms available for larger dogs to lodge together or for three or four dogs to stay in the same bedroom.
Slumber Party: In our Slumber Party, your dog will spend the night in a room on their own bed or cot without being in an enclosure. Our trained staff member spends the night in the room with your dog and up to a maximum of nine other dogs to ensure your dog's safety and comfort. (Dogs will be separated into enclosures during breakfast and dinner times.) This is a great option for those dogs that are uncomfortable being by themselves at night.
Penthouse Suites: Our Penthouse Suites are extra large suites that feature individual webcams that you can access with your private password 24 hours / day. They also provide indidvual TV's that can provide comforting background noise or special video and TV programs made for the viewing pleasure of the dogs! (Check-in time for Penthouse Suites is 3pm and check-out time is 12pm, your dog can arrive sooner or stay layer, but they may be placed in a different area).
When staying the night, you can choose for your dog to spend the day playing inside and out in our Group Play option or to receive Individual Care. See our Daycare tab for more information on the daytime options for your dog while lodging with us.
If your dog has special needs above and beyond our regular standards, such as requiring additional bathroom breaks, requiring assistance during feeding or needing a little help getting around, be sure to notify us in advance so that we can discuss a specialized plan for your dog.
All dogs attending Ruff Housing must provide proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella vaccines from a licensed veterinarian.
